Don Boggus has over 30 years of banking, lending and real estate business experience. He presently manages Frontline Capital Partners, a small business lending company and Frontline Capital Mortgage, a mortgage brokerage company. Mr. Boggus is an owner and organizer of Partners Risk Services, a commercial insurance agency located in Johns Creek, GA. He is also an owner of Commercial Interiors Manufacturing. Commercial Interiors was purchased out of bankruptcy and is a leading supplier of interior finishes, trim and décor for the restaurant, medical and hospitality industries.

Most recently he served as CEO and President of an SEC registered community banking company with assets in excess of one billion dollars. During Mr. Boggus' tenure the bank grew from $23 million in one location to over one billion in asset size and 13 locations. Under his direction, the company completed a bank acquisition and two branch acquisitions. The company was recognized in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution list of the top 100 Georgia businesses in 2002 (4th), 2003 (60th), 2005 (27th), 2006 (26th), 2007 (68th) and 2008 (84th). In July 2006 the company was recognized at number 39 in the US Banker's Top 200 Community Banks in the United States. Mr. Boggus was also recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle in its list of top performing CEOs in 2005 and 2007.

Mr. Boggus earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a specialty in Accounting from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He also graduated from the Georgia Banking School, a three-year program offered by the University of Georgia.

Mr. Boggus currently serves on the boards of the Pickens County Economic Development Authority, Pickens County Airport Authority, Jasper Housing Authority, Joy House (home for troubled teenagers) and 515 Fellowship of Christian Athletics. He serves as the youth leader of his local church where he leads an annual mission trip. Mr. Boggus has previously served on the Georgia Tech Alexander-Tharpe Fund board, served as chairman of the Pickens County Chamber of Commerce, served on the board of the Chattahoochee Technical College Foundation, served on the Reinhardt College Advisory Board, served as president of the local Heart Association and served as President of the Optimist Club.

Jim Bryja's responsibilities include relationship management, financial/operating advisory services and sourcing professional third party investors for FCP clients, along with overall co-leadership as a Managing Partner of Frontline Capital Partners . Jim Bryja also participates in business development and client opportunity origination, as well as in providing senior executive management support for clients of FCP. His management support experience includes CFO, COO and Chief Sales Officer client assignments.

Mr. Bryja has served in various roles supporting business enterprises including Board of Advisors for Midtown Consulting Group (Atlanta), Board of Directors of Commercial Interiors Manufacturing, Chairman of the Board of Georgia-Pacific Credit Corporation (Atlanta, GA) and Principal/Investor at Ensys Capital (Austin, TX).

Before joining Frontline Capital Partners, Mr. Bryja was Vice President of Private Equity Solutions for Orion Technology Services, LLC. Orion is a technology managed service company and Private Equity Solutions is the company’s offering to the private equity industry. Mr. Bryja developed and managed this vertical for Orion which is focused on identifying and implementing IT cost and risk reduction strategies for private equity platform companies.

Prior to Orion Technology Services, Mr. Bryja was also a Partner and COO of Midtown Consulting Group where he managed over $2.0 MM of new client consulting assignments with several manufacturing and technology clients. Mr. Bryja also worked for The North Highland Company where he opened and established the Company’s office in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Bryja also served as an executive in two private equity owned platform companies during his career including COO of Universal Fiber Systems, LLC ($180mm Revenues and full P&L) and Vice President of North American Sales and Marketing for Propex Fabrics, Inc. ($500MM of revenue responsibility). He was also President of Interra Food Marketing, a division of Interra International, a food distribution and marketing company, where he was responsible for the North American market (full P&L). He grew the business from $2.0MM in revenues to $28.5MM and profitability in less than 5 years. He began his career in Corporate Finance with Georgia-Pacific Corporation in 1983 until leaving in 1999, progressing through various management and leadership roles including Division Controller, Sales & Marketing Director and ultimately global revenue responsibility for a $400 MM business unit.

Mr. Bryja graduated from The University of Michigan with an MBA (Finance) in 1983 and has a BBA from The University of Georgia (Magna Cum Laude).

Don Shapleigh has more than 45 years’ experience as a banker and financial services entrepreneur in the Atlanta/SE marketplace. For the past 5 years he has worked as an Advisor to several Atlanta firms.Prior to his work as a Consultant, he served as an Executive Vice President with Crescent Bank, a billion-dollar community bank located in north Metro Atlanta. Prior to Crescent he was a Founding Director and Senior Lender with Futurus Bank which sold to Crescent in 2005.

Mr. Shapleigh began his career with Bank South, where he spent 20 years in various executive positions, culminating in his elevation to Senior Group Vice President. His ability to manage rapid growth and profitability in excess of budget while restructuring was rewarded by various leadership opportunities which included Correspondent Banking, Retail Banking and Small Business Lending, and finally all Commercial Banking. In 1992 Don moved to SouthTrust Bank as Commercial Lending Manager for the Georgia Bank. In 1995 Don became a Co-Founder and Director of NetBank. He was part of the management team that raised over $250 million in public offerings and grew the Bank to over $1 billion in assets while achieving profitability.

A graduate of The University of the South (Sewanee) with a BA in Economics, Mr. Shapleigh also earned an advanced degree in Banking from the Louisiana State University School of Banking.

Mr. Shapleigh has been active with the Georgia Bankers Association, United Way, Georgia Habitat for Humanity, Little League Baseball, Dunwoody Country Club Board of Governors and the Sewanee Alumni Association. He is currently serving as a Board member of the Atlanta YMCA (Cowart Branch) and a Director of Prostaware, a prostate cancer awareness non-profit organization.
